From Highway 99 (North):
Exit Highway 99 at the "J" Street exit at the extreme north end of Tulare. Proceed south on "J" Street and turn right onto Cross Ave. Turn left on "F" street. The Senior Citizens Center is on the right, on the north side of the parking lot from the library.
From Highway 99 (South):
Exit Highway 99 at Tulare Avenue, go west approximately 1.5 miles to "F" Street and turn right. The Senior Citizens Center is on the left, on the north side of the parking lot from the library.
