The CCS Information Portal is currently under construction. The vision for the portal is that it will be the primary information interface for individuals and clubs to Central California Swimming. It will eventually contain capabilities for registering athletes, non-athletes and clubs. It will become the access point for the Online Meet Entry System. Currently CCS bills clubs for registrations. There is a proposal before the CCS House of Delegates to extend this other monetary exchanges to include sanction fees, equipment rentals and any other charges CCS might have for clubs. If the proposal passes, then the LSC Portal will be the primary billing and accounts receivable mechanism for the LSC. Club billings will be posted to their accounts and clubs will be able to access their own account information in order to initiate payments.
Currently the LSC Portal only houses the Officials Information Portal which is already in place. The Officials Information Portal is currently only available to the Officials Committee Chairperson and Meet Referees. In the very near future it will be made available to all CCS officials.
