2008-2009 CCS Scholastic All-Americans

Annually, USA Swimming recognizes student-athletes with its Scholastic All-American Award. Swimmers who maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA (on a max 4.0 GPA scale) as a sophomore, junior or senior in high school, and who have achieved at least one Junior National bonus cut. This award is not automatic, but must be applied for by the athlete. Copies of the swimmer's high school transcript must be submitted with the application and the time must be in the national Swims database within the qualifying period.

CCS had seven student athletes apply and receive this award. They are:

  1. Jacob McGough - Fresno (CLOV)

Please join CCS and congratulate these swimmers for their academic and athletic achievements.
